The process begins with you picking out the specific horn that speaks to you. Then we talk designs. This customer wanted a hawk for him and and sunflowers and ferns for his wife. After you approve the design drawing, the design gets hand drawn into the horn and the carving begins. Each line is painstakingly carved to bring out detail and texture. Beautiful gilding can be added for more wow and then the rim is attached. Several coats of food grade epoxy resin is applied for maximal ease of use. The last step is to place the your new horn into your hands!
